This facility must have been taken out  of the device driver when the 
Tim's "new" motor was created. I am going to take a look at putting it
back in.

I received 5 the beta version BUS4G PAL for our latest batch of 
OMS VME8 boards from Steve Flago (VP Engineering). I have been working
on test code to see if the interrupts are fulling functional since our
motor record does not use them.

The BUS4G PAL is only for the VME8. I don't know if the problem it fixes 
is also present on the other models.
