APS Event Hardware

Does anyone have the following figures for the APS event hardware:

o event timing jitter when running events from a sequence RAM.

o time stamp latency (including interrupt latency, processing overhead, etc)
for ER and EREVENT records (EPICS R3.11.x, MV167 CPU).

For chopping of the secondary mirror at 10Hz we need to process one event
(either CHOP+ or CHOP-) every 50msecs but with a jitter of less than 1 part
in 100,000.
