I think that making the frame source available is a good idea. Let me
just point out a few logistical problems:

1) In many cases the frame docs are scattered at different locations.
2) Some of the bigger docs (Record Ref Manual for example) are divided
   into multiple files, i.e. organized as a book.
3) It does not seem desirable for each site to import all the frame sources
   and make local modifications.

By the way. It has really been gratifying to hear all the responses
that describe how to edit postscript to change the paper size.
Does the result look as good as the original or are there still problems?
