I don't know about the LX but I ran into problems with the mvme162FX series.
The system would boot and run ok, however the consol was inoperative. WRS
supplied us with an updated version of z8530Serial.c. There are changes in
the way data registers are accessed in tyCoIntRd and tyCoIntWr.
This modification is dated 16mar95.
