Subject: DL-PC board question

The DataLink Technologies DL-PC is an ISA board that provides DH+
communication to (as one example) an Allen-Bradley PLC. Does anyone
know if this board runs reliably at 230 Kbaud? When connected to a
PLC 5/20 at this rate, we observe failure within 5 minutes.

Additional info:

o Cable is short and is properly terminated
  o EPICS version is R3.13.1
o We are using Jeff Hill's modified serial driver
