Streaming video of EPICS collaboration meeting

FYI:  Streaming video of the EPICS Collaboration Meeting (at SNS at Oak
Ridge National Laboratory) has been set up.  Unfortunately due to some
configuration problems it will only support ~16 connections.  So please
don't hog a connection if you don't plan to actively listen in. You can go
