Is the vxWorks board support you are booting for EPICS 3.13.2 different
from the one you are booting for 3.12.2? If so, are you sure the correct
changes were made in the BSP to map the 167 memory space for DMA
operation? This is a frequent trap when using any DMA VME board like the
NI014.
