capfast document

Hi,

I have a Capfast document "Using capfast as a General EPICS..."  The print
out I have indicates that it used to reside at
www.atdiv.lanl.gov/doc/epics/capfast/capref.html#HDR3  but doesn't seem to
be there any more.

The document is now significantly out of date as the menus for both
xschedit and xsymed are different to those described.  Does anybody know
if the doc has been updated, where it is or if there is an alternative?
