Hi Ian,
The latest capfast document (June 1999) from Los Alamos is at:

You can get there by starting at the top page for epics documentation
at Los Alamos, going through the headers 
database->capfast->capFast Tutorial(Motif Version):1999.

The menus can be customized and may depend on which version of capfast
you are using and where you got the menus from. 

I am trying a beta version of capfast 3.11, but the solaris version isn't
quite ready yet.  I haven't tried the pc version.
