Caveat: vxStats

Hi there ...

There are two modules called vxStats around which are similar, but
different and incompatible.

One is in the APS repository (epics/modules/soft/vxStats), the other one
which the EPICS web page (soft support list) points to is located on an
inaccessible public ftp server at LBL.

They look similar and both unpack into a directory called vxStats, but
don't ever try to combine or mix them or you'll end up wasting lots of
time with the resulting mess. (Like I did.)

If different things had different names they would be easier to
distinguish.

Any ideas on how to solve this issue?
