There is a R3.14 support module in the EPICS CVS repository that Eric 
Norum put together, which contains John Maclean's Waveform Analysis 
record, Jeff Hill's spectrum record, and Andy Foster's genSub record. 
Both version 1-0 and the latest CVS snapshot can be downloaded via the 
Modules Download page at 
http://www.aps.anl.gov/epics/download/modules/index.php

A basic README file is available online at 
http://www.aps.anl.gov/epics/modules/soft/waveProc/README

I have also added the spectrum and waveAnl records to the soft support 
database, with pointers to that README.
