DM2K on MacOSX(10.2)

Hi all,

Today I successifully compiled and run dm2k-2.5.3 on MacOSX 10.3 with 
OpenMotif-compat-2.1.31_IST.macosx10.3 (I don't use fink library).
(medm3.0.3 also run on MacOSX as reported in the previous EPICS meeting 
by Ken)

I still have one problem with getAllMacros() function defined in 
dm2k/utils.c. This function uses functions declerared in <regexp.h>. On
Mac OSX, thers is <regexp.h> but it is quite different from it on other 
operating systems, such as Linux or True-64 unix.
It may take sometime to fix it.

If you have an interest on dm2k on MacOSX, I would be very happy to
send a diff file.
