Here with BESSY we ar going to install an version of our ADA-Card that offers in the VME-Bus version 32 temperature channels for PT100 sensors. This Card is delivered by EuKontrol and is about 2500 EUR, that means 78 EUR/channel. We use here the 3HE-Version with 16 channels per card and controlled via our embedded controler and the CAN-Bus. There is device support for EPICS available. A good feature is that this card uses the same long time stable integrating AD converter as all our ADA-Cards and so it is best suited in noisy environment with long cables to the sensor. I want to mention it because we had some trouble with that before.
