EPICS install Epicsbase3.14.8.2 on WinXP question

Subject:	install Epicsbase3.14.8.2 on WinXP question

Succeeded in installing Epicsbase3.14.5 on WinXP，but failed to install 
Epicsbase3.14.8.2 and 3.14.7 on WinXP. Why ?
