Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System
Hi,
For those who wants know what happen between MacOSX 10.4 and 10.5:
>>
>> #if !defined( __STRICT_ANSI__) && !defined(_ANSI_SOURCE) &&
>> (!defined(_POSIX_C_SOURCE) || defined(_DARWIN_C_SOURCE))
>>
It was
#if !defined(_ANSI_SOURCE) && (!defined(_POSIX_C_SOURCE) ||
defined(_DARWIN_C_SOURCE))
on MacOSX 10.4.10. and EPICS make rules uses "-ansi" option, with which
gcc predefine __STRICT_ANSI__ macro.
So it will produce the error reorted by Britz-san ( "-san" is a Japanese
word for Mr/Mrs/Ms/Miss, by the way.)
Regards,
Noboru
