Hi,
I'm getting the following message with the archiveviewer application, when a plot is requested.
"java.lang.Exception: Couldn't execute the archiver.values request java.io.IOException: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: expected Element"
There are a couple of other posts on Tech-Talk with this same problem, but no posts that say what the fix was. Can anyone who's overcome this one let me know the solution please?
I'm running on Scientific Linux, using EPICS 3.14.8.2 I can extract data from the archive files using the Perl interface, so I don't think it's any kind of file corruption.
Thanks, Andy
