StreamDevice 2.4 released

Hi all,

StreamDevice version 2.4 is now available at 
http://epics.web.psi.ch/software/streamdevice/

This version is compatible with asyn 4.10 and base 3.14.10.

Some issues with "I/O Intr" have been fixed. The most severe problem was a stack 
overflow on some systems with fixed small stack sizes (vxWorks, RTEMS) when 
multi-lime input was received.

A signed long conversion problem on 64 bit machines has been fixed for ai, ao, 
longin, longout records.

New formats (some have already been available as patches)
%R -- raw float/double
%0r -- raw unsigned integer
%m -- a strange mantissa-exponent format without . or e
%#b and %#B -- little endian bit order for %b and %B
