Dear sir/madam, I have got a livepics cd which can be used for developing applications . I am having the EPICS package on linux(slax) platform(LivEPICS USB and CD Bootable - Slax 6.0 based repository). My intention is to develop a simple GUI application using MEDM extension. When i tried some procedures given in EPICS site, i could do everything mentioned there. In edit mode i used some controls , but in execute mode ,it is making some problems. I could not execute it properly. It is not getting executed. Please suggest me to overcome my problem. Can you send me some simple examples to run and explore in EPICS.Please send me some examples that uses MEDM. I have followed many procedures given at EPICS sites, But i could not use it very effcetively. Please help me to develop a simple GUI based application.
