The problem is that the Cygiwn build only
works with STATIC_BUILD=YES, SHARED_LIBRARIES=NO. Change your
CONFIG_SITE.cygwin32-cygwin32 to select these options and rebuilt base and

am trying to move an application we set up on an openSuse linux distribution to
a windows machine running cygwin. I am trying to compile Asyn on cygwin and I
am running in to trouble. I attached the console output. Before I got this
error I had another issue with the command rpcgen so I went ahead and installed
the Sun RPC package which was hopefully the right package to install (it did
fix the error with rpcgen not being found). Thank you in advance, help would be
