Dear Ritesh,I certainly don't want to discourage you, but please keep in mind that active development of CMLOG stopped 8 years ago. While it is still in use at a number of facilities, I haven't seen it being mentioned in any recent control system design.
If you do not have a good compelling reason to use CMLOG as your logging system, you might be better off looking at other choices. There are a bunch of log facilities in the Java world, syslog has new implementations that extend its capabilities, ....
