Hi EPICS folks, I have been experimenting with EPICS module asyn 4-15, VxWorks, and UDP sockets. I can get a TCP client connection working from VxWorks to connect to a remote device (CryoCon 24 temperature monitor), but the same software on VxWorks
doesn’t seem to work with a UDP client connection. I did get a soft IOC on Microsoft Windows XP to work with the same software with asyn 4-13 and UDP to connect to the same remote device. Has anybody else experimented with asyn 4-15, VxWorks, and UDP sockets?
I am wondering if there is a bug with the VxWorks implementation or asyn 4-15.
