Hi Tim,
I build the synApps_4_6 on a Solaris server with EPICS 3.13.8, not on
Windows. Maybe I am not tell clearly before, sorry about that.
I do execute the command 'saveData_Init("saveData.req", "P=xxx:")' in
the st.cmd file.
We also have an EPICS server with 3.14.2 version, I can try to build
the lateset version synApps.
Very appreciate.

主题: Re: 回复: RE: Problem in using synApp Wait a minute. Are you really running synApps_4_6? I assumed that was a typo, and that you meant synApps_5_6, because synApps_4_6 is eight years old. But, Kurt Goetze remembered seeing "Problem!" in a scan display long ago, and sure enough synApps_4_6 has this.
If you really are running synApps_4_6, then I hope you're building with cygwin, because no version of synApps earlier than 5.6 has a version of saveData that runs on Windows.
Did you execute the command
saveData_Init("saveData.req", "P=xxx:")
in your st.cmd file?
Tim

I'm confused.
I'm not able to find the error message "Problem!" in saveData's source code or database.
>From what I see, there are only four possibilities for the xxx:saveData_status PV:
"Inactive", "Active", "Mount err", and "I/O err". Can you give the name of the PV that says
"Problem!"? Is it xxx:saveData_status or xxx:saveData_message?

Yes, I set the path and the 'Problem!' is still there.

Did you open the saveData window and give it a path to save your scans?
