Serial port parameter changes of a LAN/Serial adapter will work if

a) Your LAN/Serial adapter supports 'RFC2217' operation (most do -- check the adapter manual for details)

and

b) you're using ASYN R4-16 or better

and

c) you add 'COM' to the port configuration line -- drvAsynIPPortConfigure("MOXA1","192.168.127.254:4001 COM",0,0,0)
