Hello Andrew,

motorRecord.cc uses dbPutLink and dbGetLink, so src/ioc/db/dbLink.h will 
need the usual,

#ifdef __cplusplus
extern "C" {
#endif

as src/db/dbAccessDef.h has under EPICS base 3.14.x.
