Hello again! We were able to get the cartesian plot function to work. I attached a screenshot of the display after our success. Thanks for your help with that! The problem was with the MEDM installation, so I re-installed MEDM. We were able to make a cartesian plot correctly using another application. However, we still are not getting the trace data from the oscilloscope. I attached screenshot is of the result that I get when I run the caget command on one of the wave form records. This is the same result that I get for the other waveform records as well. We tried changing the EPICS_CA_MAX_ARRAY_BYTES variable in the environment, the envParams, and the st.cmd script from 10000 to 100000000, but to no avail as we are still not able to get a trace. We also tried changing the NELM field in the waveform records from 10000 to 100000 and bigger, and we had the same result. Any help that you can give us would be greatly appreciated!
