EPICS support for USB TMC (Test & Measurement Class) devices

I've put together an asynOctet driver to communicate with USB devices conforming to the USBTMC protocol.

Preliminary version that needs more testing and likely lots of changes, but does work on OS X and linux with a couple of different simple devices.

Based on:

  1) "Universal Serial Bus Test and Measurement Class Specification (USBTMC)",

     Revision 1.0.

  2) "Universal Serial Bus Test and Measurement Class, Subclass USB488

     Specification (USBTMC-USB488)", Revision 1.0.

Requires libusb-1.0, available from: http://www.libusb.org/

    For best results use version 16 or higher.

To get the source, which includes the support module and an example application:

hg clone http://epics.hg.sourceforge.net:8000/hgroot/epics/asynUSBTMC
