Dear Jinhu,

we have seen that behavior on all our galil controllers DMC4040 but also 
on newer ones galil-RIO.
We have simply given up on to look for the problem together with Galil.

We now are using only the serial line to communicate  (StreamDevice) 
with the galil-stuffand
have them disconnected from the ethernet network.
