Thanks for the help! I managed to make the IOC. I've already requested the inclusion at the "Modules" session, but since I don't know when it will be included, if someone needs the ioc in the meantime the project is here. Thanks again.

Eric, it's my intention to use the Ethernet/VXI-11 protocol to communicate with the device through EPICS.
