Dear epics experts,
I would like to use the CSS data browser to look at strip plots and
access archived data from an archiver appliance that runs on the same
box in a VM.
I tried to configure the Archive Data Server URL as
pbraw://192.168.72.131:17665/retrieval
following the instructions at
http://slacmshankar.github.io/epicsarchiver_docs/csstudio.html
Unfortunately, CSS says
Error connecting to archive Server
URL pbraw://192.168.72.131:17665/retrieval
Detail: Unknown archive reader URL
pbraw://192.168.72.131:17665/retrieval
when I open the Archive Search Panel.
Do you have any hints?
What is the correct URL to access the Archiver from CSS?
The archiver is the snapshot from May 13th, on Debian 8 64bit, and
was set up mostly following the quick start guide,
CSS is the "Basic EPICS" version 4.1.1 from ORNL on Win7 64.
I can get data from the archiver using MATLAB like this:
urlwrite('http://192.168.72.131:17665/retrieval/data/getData.mat',
...
'temp.mat', 'get', ...
{'pv', 'prep:rdPress', 'from', '2016-05-27T10:00:00.000+02:00',
'to', '2016-05-27T13:15:00.000+02:00'})
and i can access the Archiver's web interface.
Many thanks for any Ideas!
Kind regards,
Martin
