Hi,

This is a cumulative bugfix release. It has to be built with EPICS base 3.14.12.6, which contains bug fixes related to PCAS/GDD. The binary packages  distributed via Anaconda[1] and PyPI[2] have EPICS base 3.14.12.6 libraries builtin.

In view of the potential bugs introduced for each commit, the continuous integration has been configured on Travis[3] and AppVeyor[4]. Currently it only runs the gddTest script, but further tests will be added. Additionally, the conda/wheel/egg packages are also created, and deployed upon tagging.
