Hi Andrew,
Modern browsers do not trust Symantec anymore. That's why we can't
access the Record Reference manual anymore:

https://wiki-ext.aps.anl.gov/epics/index.php/RRM_3-14

Could you please check with your colleagues in IT if they have any plans
to switch to a better cert?
