Hi Kiman,

Maybe unrelated... Why are you using 3.16? That's an inactive (dead) branch, and will not receive fixes of any kind anymore. Please switch to EPICS 7 if you have the possibility. Note that most of the "traditional" EPICS 7 parts (i.e., Channel Access, the database and everything below) are just thoroughly tested further developments of the 3.16 branch, making that switch a relatively low risk change. (The PVA parts are changing faster - but if you don't use those, you might not even notice.)
