Can you give me some advice about the confusion of alarmserver-4.5.0?

I downloaded the alarmserver-4.5.0/jms2rdb-4.5.0 and others from SNS website. After some necessary process done, such as MariaDB dababase, activemq etc, I run the alarm server, jms server successfully.

Then add one EPICS PV （bl:aiExampl）in CSS-4.6.4 Alarm Tree, it work well. I can see the alarm state changes and I can  acknowledge the alarm state. But when I add another PV (X05U1:FM:TC) , it failed. The alarm tree or alarm table shows: the alarm severity undefined, the alarm message no connection.

What's the diffent between the two PVs?

The softIOC of the first one （bl:aiExampl）,  the Alarm Server and the CSS/OPI client are on same network.  In other words, their IP-addr are 10.30.50.XX1, 10.30.50.XX2, 10.30.50.XX3 .

The softIOC of the second one (X05U1:FM:TC) is on the other network: 10.30.78.YY, the port is 5066. But the two network section can be connected each other through network gateway. I can caget the two PVs at Alarm Server computer or CSS client computer correctly. I can sure the "HIGH, LOW, HSV, LSV ….." fields of these records are set ok.

I think the right way is  to modify the plugin_customization.ini file:

find the "# Channel Access" section, and modify the addr_list from 127.0.0.1 to 10.30.78.246:5066

         org.csstudio.platform.libs.epics/addr_list="10.30.78.246:5066"

But still failed. How to fix it?
