Dear all,

Release 3.1 of the ci-scripts module is available on GitHub.

https://github.com/epics-base/ci-scripts/releases

This release adds full support of GitHub Actions as a CI service:
Careful: This thing is extremely fast.
The ~50 compiling jobs of the ci-scripts module (base, sequencer and example app; including 12 native Windows, 8 cross Windows and 8 cross RTEMS jobs) run in less than 20 minutes.
Caching is possible, but not supported yet.

As always: thanks a lot to all contributors!

Please report all issues on the GitHub tracker.
(As I had no feedback on my call for beta testing, there might be even more issues left than usual.)

Cheers,
~Ralph
