EPICS Qt 3.7.4 available [SEC=UNOFFICIAL]

Hi EPICS community,

 

I am pleased to announce that EPICS Qt 3.7.4 has been formally released and is now available at GitHub.

 

The source code is available from https://github.com/qtepics with
general guidance/documentation available at https://qtepics.github.io and

release specific release note here: https://qtepics.github.io/release_notes.html#r3.7.4

 

All the repositories (apart from the binaries) have been tagged r3.7.4

 

The main features of this release are:

a/  a new PV Load Save Button widget;

b/  new DropOption property for QELineEdit  that allows the dragged text, often a PV name,
     to be written to the PV that the QELineEdit is connected to; and

c/  for the QEPlot widget, you can optionally specify a data sizeVariable (similar to QEPlotter).

Also, I would be interest to know which sites are actively using EPICS Qt, or experimenting

with it, or just considering using it. Please let me know.
