    Hi Mark,
      
      The problem we are facing is that a couple of boards that were
      working since a long time have developed fault in-situ and stopped
      working.
      
      The indication LEDs labelled FAIL (for board fail signal) and STAT
      (for halt conditions) are continuously glowing. There is no
      communication on serial port.
