Hello Mark,

I mean that I am not able to change the PV value using a text input in CSS (SDIS and DISV fields work fine) but, if I use caput UCrTcrLimitUsSet or caput UCrTcrLimitUsSet, I can change these values. Using caget I can confirm it:

$ caput SL-INJ-RFQ:LRF-CAV-1:UCrTcrLimitUsSet 1
Old : SL-INJ-RFQ:LRF-CAV-1:UCrTcrLimitUsSet 0
New : SL-INJ-RFQ:LRF-CAV-1:UCrTcrLimitUsSet 1

$ caget SL-INJ-RFQ:LRF-CAV-1:UCrTcrLimitUsSet
SL-INJ-RFQ:LRF-CAV-1:UCrTcrLimitUsSet 1

This only works for the graphical user interface CSS (I am not able to modify the Pv value in the gui) but, if I use CAPUT, I can modify the PV value.

Is there any way to completely block setting function?
