The Siglent scope says it supports SCPI commands, so it probably works similarly to the other scopes that already have EPICS support. Web interfaces have been an issue in some areas. Some of our networks are isolated, so the scope or browser can't connect to
the manufacturers site to load all the parts of the page.

I can’t say anything about EPICS support, but the ones we’re lugging around the lab for general troubleshooting these days are Siglent SDS1202X-E. We’ve also used the remote control/web software on these scopes to help support remote learning. I’d love to hear what other folks are using as well. Greg

The oscilloscope models we have been using for general purpose experiments and troubleshooting through EPICS are all older models, no longer made, e.g. Tek's TDS series. We have new systems coming up, and the users are in the market for current production scopes. Do you have a favorite or standard that's still in production, and you could share your EPICS support for it?
