vxWorks has found your startup script in the host:/home/test/epics.synApps_6_1/support/motor-R7-1/modules/motorOms/iocs/omsIOC/iocBoot/iocOms
directory, but it cannot find the cdCommands file.
Does cdCommands exist? cd to that directory on your Linux machine and send the output of "ls -l".
You should add these 2 commands at the beginning of your st.cmd file:
pwd
ll
That will tell you if it is in the correct directory, and what it sees as the files in that directory.

We could build EPICS Base 3-15-6 for CROSS_COMPILER_TARGET_ARCHS =vxWorks-ppc32 and TFTP to load the vxWorks image at MVME6100
When I am trying to load startup script at MVME6100 but it throwing an error.
