It sounds like this is a routing issue for you, your Ophyd link works for me (and my comment above about lower-casing your links was apparently another "feature" of MS Outlook that I'm forced to use now).

I noticed i also cant access https://nsls-ii.github.io/ophyd/ or the pyepics documentation in github.io

It might be something with github?

The master index page at https://areadetector.github.io/master/index.html is working for me; your link seems to have been lower-cased which probably won't work, try this one instead for the NDPluginDriver: https://areadetector.github.io/master/ADCore/NDPluginDriver.html
