Dear EPICS Collaborators, This is a friendly reminder to complete your registration for the upcoming EPICS Codeathon/Documentathon, scheduled to be hosted at BNL from June 10-14th, 2024. The deadline for registration is fast approaching, and we kindly ask participants to submit their applications before April 12th to allow the BNL guest registration center ample time to process your visit. For more details and to register, please visit the EPICS Codeathon/Documentathon page: EPICS Codeathon & Documentathon June, 2024. We have included lodging and transportation information on the codeathon website. Additionally, once hotels are chosen, we will try and help facilitate carpool arrangements to ensure ease of travel for all participants (We apologize for the terrible state of public transportation on Long Island) Currently, we have 11 participants expressing interest in the EPICS core session and 14 interested in the EPICS tools and services session. Please note that these numbers exclude participants from NSLS2 and EIC. Starting the week of April 15th, we hope to commence working on list of projects and discussion topics for the codeathon. We encourage all participants to contribute by adding ideas for projects and discussions they would like to see included. Looking forward to seeing you all soon.
