Our room is not very busy - the equipment is hooked to ISDN.(I could try to get our IT guys to hook it onto the net, but they were very reluctant when I tried last time.)
For doing multi-site conferences, you need someone providing the switching, that all participants are calling. Major IT companies are usually providing such services.
Which timezones are we going to span? Some of us might have to appear at very unusual working hours, which probably needs some planning. I guess.

Does everyone have access to video conferencing equipment? We do at APS (internet connection preferred but I believe we have an ISDN link as well), but the room(s) that have it are fairly busy so we'd need to set a time in advance when one of them was free.Is multi-site conferencing commonly supported by these things? I've used video conferencing before, but never with more than two sites at once.- Andrew
