We do at APS (internet connection preferred but I believe we have an 
ISDN link as well), but the room(s) that have it are fairly busy so we'd 
need to set a time in advance when one of them was free.
Is multi-site conferencing commonly supported by these things?  I've 
used video conferencing before, but never with more than two sites at once.
