alarms and autodialers

Dear all,

We are looking for an autodialer solution that would
allow our EPICS system to notify key individuals when
critical system errors occurred.

At first pass, our requirements are:

1. receives a notification by ethernet with several possible conditions
2. dials several numbers
3. passes the appropriate voice message to each dialed number

The first requirement is only due to the need to have non-EPICS 
systems the ability to send their own alarms. This could
be replaced with suitable use of the CA client library.

Any one know of such a thing?
