All,

We have a version of vxStats that seems to come from Carl Lionberger at
SNS and I am currently trying to convert it to R3.14. Has anyone already
done this?

The real point of this missive is, however, that it has a couple of
functions which traverse the internal CA structures to return the number
of Channel access clients and the number of CA connections. This is a
really useful diagnostic, but I really don't think having this sort of
thing outside of the CA code-base is very good, and feel that CA should
probably provide a few pieces of diagnostic information like this via an
API.

Is it possible to do this? If I do it and forward on the code, can it be
integrated into base?

Cheers,

Nick Rees
