Hi,We are getting the following error printed to stdout/stderr from an EDM X-Y Graph: CA value callback('...'): No data, CA status The requested data transfer is greater than available memory or EPICS_CA_MAX_ARRAY_BYTES In the error case above we are attempting to go through a gateway. We also have the same EDM screen accessible from a location where no gateway is required. For the no gateway case we don't get the error. That would tend to point to issues with the gateway, but the following point seems to contradict that theory.
On the machine which requires the gateway for access to the PV and on which we run EDM and see the error we are able to use caget at the command line to get the data without issue. Any ideas about what is not well here? Thanks for your time.
Sincerely, Carl Schumann
