I am not sure how CA allocates memory, but you have set a REALLY big value for EPICS_CA_MAX_ARRAY_BYTES (1.6GB). Perhaps you should try setting it to be just a little bigger than the largest image you will use. Is your data 8-bit? If so then 400000 is big enough for the 640x480 array you mentioned.Hi,Mark:
