Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System

There's a new release of the PyEpics interface for Channel Access.

PyEpics 3.1.0 has several improvements, detailed below, from the
previous version, 3.0.11. These include several important bug fixes,
support for dynamic subarrays (with epics base 3.14.12), an improved
testing framework, a new module to parse and use autosave files, and
enhanced wx widgets.  The last two improvements come from Angus
Gratton at ANU.

Developmet of this library is still active, and I'll resist sending
messages about micro releases to the 3.1 series.

Changes from PyEpics 3.0.11 to 3.1.0:

  - added Angus Gratton's enhanced wx widgets.

  - added Angus Gratton's autosave module.

  - move main repository to github.com/pyepics/pyepics, opening
development to many developers.

  - dynamic subarrays supported.

  - upgraded win32 dlls to be 3.14.12, so that dynamic arrays work there.

  - string arrays now correctly handled.

  - several bug fixes to MotoDetailFrame.py (thanks to Mark Vigder).

  - dramatically improved testing framework, with dedicated epics
database (tests/Setup/pydebug.db) that can be loaded and manipulated
for testing.

  - PV objects nows have a 'put_complete' field that indicates when a
put() has completed.

  - better handling of connection callbacks when a channel or PV tries
to connect several times in rapid succession.

  - fixed some bugs related to array values, being stepped on and
corrupted by subsequent calls.
