Andrew,
The new iocxxx.dbd file is not accepted by vdct.
I was able to get an apparently acceptable .dbd file by deleting lines of the form
prompt(abc)
and
initial(1)
although vdct issues the following warning:
Warning: $(P)$(R):mode -> DTYP field needs to be defined before two fields INP and OUT...
which I'll guess is no longer needed.
