Check the extensions/configure/os/CONFIG_SITE.linux-x86_64.linux-x86_64
file has the correct path for X11_LIB. The build system looks for
libXt.{a,so} in the directory pointed to by the Xt_DIR variable, which
the file extensions/src/medm3_1_9/medm/Makefile sets to $(X11_LIB).
I admit the error message isn't terribly helpful.

Henrique posted the exact (copy & paste) error message he was seeing,
with a few lines of context before the actual error message. This
allowed me to understand the error better and suggest what might be
wrong with his particular configuration. Your email was rather empty of
context, so we found it much harder to help you. Please remember that in
the future when asking for help, the more information you post the
better your answers are likely to be.
